Major Duties:

• Builds and maintains electrical systems  (overhead and underground)
• Works on energized and de-energized lines
• Observes Safety rules for electrical employees
• Installs transformers and operates substation
• Operates heavy and light equipment
• Responds to service calls and makes repairs
• Reads meters
• Installs street lights
• Trims trees away from powerlines
• Other duties as assigned
