Please submit a proposal for the following equipment as described below.

Proposals should be received by Fort Valley Utility Commission Offices before 2:00 P.M., local time, on Thursday, November 24^th, 2022, to the attention of Alvin Wallace, Purchasing Agent at 500 Anthoine St, Fort Valley, Ga, 31030. Proposals will be opened on Friday, November 25th at 9:30 AM and evaluated based on product, price, delivery, and completeness / neatness of the bid. Please include complete Derrick and Chassis specifications in bid packet. Units bid must have the guaranteed delivery date listed.

 

Item 1: One New 55Ft Insulated Material Handler Bucket Truck with a 60Ft working height Stock Unit with the Options Shown Below as a Minimum. Proposals should include a complete listing of lifting capacities along with Bucket height and reach limits.  Also, a complete and detailed copy of Chassis and Body specs.

 

 

• Design Criteria is in accordance with current industry and engineering standards applicable and accepted for structural and hydraulic design.
