Spalding County is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms, meaning a Prequalified Prime
Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation, Office of Contract Administration, to
provide materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary (including traffic control) for paving,
resurfacing and striping work on various roadways in Spalding County for a TSPLOST RESURFACING
PHASE II (2023) Project.
Spalding County further seeks to enter into a multi-year contract with the selected contractor
based on the pricing submitted for the current work proposed. The contract will consist of a oneyear
term with up to three renewals.
All work shall be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Standard
Drawings and Standard Specifications for the construction and completion of the work required.
