Under the general direction of the City Manager, the Human Resources Director is directly responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and direction of the human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, position control, classification and compensation, employee training and development, employee benefits, wellness program, HR information systems, and employee relations. Functions ensure city compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities include the development and administration of employee policies and programs.
Requirements:
Employment is contingent on passing a mandatory Physical/Drug Screen and Background Investigation.
