The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for the Decatur- McKoy Park- Dugout Renovation Project, until
10:00 am Aug. 10th, 2023. At that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work to be
performed in the project includes the Renovations and Construction of Dugouts and Storage facilities.

This Request for Proposals Opportunity Description is one of two documents making up this solicitation. The
second document is City of Decatur Standard General Conditions, which contains all the standard forms
potentially required to accompany a submission. Both of these documents together constitute the entire RFP
at the time of issuance.
