Reporting to the Planning Division Manager,the Planner reviews site plans and land development applications for compliance with County Codes and Ordinances.
Bachelor's degree in Planning with Master's level course work in the field; Master's degree strongly preferred; supplemented by three (3) years previous experience and/or training that includes local government planning, zoning, site plan review, drafting and personal computer operations.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Certification as an AICP is preferred.
