Candidates must have an excellent work history with extensive experience and knowledge of Code Enforcement ( 5 years) as well as experience in a responsible supervisory position (2 years) for consideration. Candidates who have completed Georgia Post Certification as a Police Officer is preferred but not required upon hiring.  However, the person chosen for this position will be required to complete Georgia Post Certification for Police Officer within 12 months of hire.  All persons considered for employment are required to submit to a pre-employment physical, drug-screen, and criminal background investigation.  A current Georgia driver’s license is required along with an acceptable driving history is required..

This position is Grade 110, with a hiring pay range of $45,290 to $50,000 annually.  All job offers made will be dependent upon a candidates experience and qualifications.
