The City of Baldwin is seeking a Certified CIty Clerk.
The City of Baldwin is a qualified-full service City that provides its citizens with many services.  
The major duties for this position are as follows:
Document and facilitate CIty Council meetings;Public Records Management; Document  /Publish ordinances & resolutions; Records Retention Management; RFP coordination; Licensing and Permitting; Ethics filings; Elections;  Financial Administration; Human Resources; Planning/Zoning ; Annexations; Utility Billing; Event Planning
Other duties as may be required (of a similar nature)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
2 Yr. technical degree in Office Management, Business Management, Human Resource Management or Accounting is preferred.
Certified Municipal Clerk is preferred.
5 Yrs City Clerk experience preferred.
Paralegal experience a plus.
