This is a full-time position and receives all benefits afforded to regular employees. This position requires working 40 hours per week, which includes being on-call, and working on holidays, nights, and weekends.

Summary: The purpose of this position is to manage projects and perform technical work involving the analysis of data, design of software applications, implementation of new/upgraded systems, maintenance of programs/systems, and provision of technical support and training for County departments.

Essential Functions: 
The Systems Analyst is responsible for the Infor System which consists of Customer Service, Work Orders, Occupational Tax and Business Licenses, Community Development Inspections, Permits, Code Enforcement and Planning, Web Portal, and Inventory. 
The position is responsible for the administration of the system which includes license management, users and security management, resolving issues, testing, training, configuration and modification of screens/workflow, reports and updates to the system. 
Managing and support of the Animal Control System.
Report creations and data analysis for various departments such as Property Appraisal Office, Tax Commissioner, GIS and the City of Brunswick.
Assist with Spillman-911 program.
Performs a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties including formal business analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, implementation, administration, support, and training for the County application systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Programming, or closely related field from an accredited institution; supplemented by three (3) years previous experience and/or training that includes computer programming, software configuration, data analysis, database design/administration, computer operations/maintenance, and project coordination; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia Driver's License.
