Administrative Clerk, Part-Time

 

The City of Midway is currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Administrative Clerk within the City Clerk's department.  This position is responsible for providing general clerical support to the Business License Section.  The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a keen ability to meet and greet the public in a professional manner and display an ability to handle customer complaints efficiently.  In addition, candidates must be able to proficiently use a multi-line phone system to forward calls and display an ability to utilize various Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

 

Applicants must have a high school degree or its equivalent. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to be insured under the City’s vehicle insurance. The position is part-time and only allotted 20 hours per week. Pay grade: 10B ($11.20/hour)
