This is a high-level position responsible for business operations, accounting, and sales for a complex and high-profile organization: the Peabody Awards and Peabody Media Center. The employee will handle core fiscal duties and transactions (including accounts payable, accounts receivables, and reconciliation), assisting with budgeting and reporting projects, and overseeing sales orders totaling over $1.2 million in annual revenue with accuracy and expediency. This position reports to the Associate Director for Strategy & Operations.
The employee will also provide general administrative and event support, as well as function as the primary point-of-contact. On limited occasion during the awards submission and ceremony season, this position requires travel and the ability to work from a remote location or outside of business hours.
