The City of Coolidge has an opening for a full time City Clerk.  Applicant must have at least five years of business experience with extensive full charge bookkeeping skills.  Business degree is preferred but not required. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to all financial accountability, state/federal report filing, research, prepare and enforce City ordinances and zoning regulations, prepare Council material, attend all meetings, and maintain all records.  Must be proficient in communicating orally and in writing.  Must be able to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with officials and the general public.  Experience supervising staff is desired.  The applicant must be able to attend schools and achieve all required certifications.  The ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and meet time constraints is a must.
