  • Responsible for leading, planning and managing the records management program for both core mission and administrative records.
  • Serve as primary contact for all ORR items (internal & external). Works closely and proactively with legal counsel to ensure all records/information assets are managed.
  • Ensures government compliance and protect the interests of the client, the public, and assist in mitigating records-related litigation matters
  • Train departmental liaisons ensuring current training with system and laws
  • Demonstrate the ability to function as interim manager when the City Clerk is out of the office
