In the capacity of official record keeper for the city, records minutes of all meetings and performs clerical functions for the City Council. Assists the City Manager with financial planning, human resources, and departmental budgeting. Supervises the Deputy Clerk. In addition, this position organizes and plans special community events, provides knowledgeable and courteous service to the public, and prepares the City’s financial report. Work is performed under the general supervision of the City Manager.
