The Work includes removing existing unit, providing and installing new unit in same location, disconnect electrical and controls and reconnect to new unit. Controls shall be i-Vu already in building.
Separate sealed bids for construction of the City Hall rooftop unit replacement will be received by City of Garden City (also referred to as Owner) from qualified General Contractors to include all associated work labor and materials, equipment and appurtenances required to complete the
work as described herein.
