Job Title:  Case Manager
Department:  Dawson County Treatment Court
Salary:  $14.80 Hourly/DOQ
Status:  Full Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing administrative, clerical and case management support for the Dawson County Treatment Court and reports directly to the Program Coordinator. An acute attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations are essential.

Job Requirements:
The preferred applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field; two years of administrative or case management experience and any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills; experience working with the criminal justice population. Must be familiar with HIPAA and Federal Confidentiality Rule 42CFR regulations and possess record keeping skills including participant records, treatment notes, case plans, budgets and Microsoft Excel proficiency including spreadsheet creation and maintenance. Must be detail-oriented, work well under pressure and in the fast-paced environment of the courts under limited supervision.

The applicant must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and be able to pass a background check and a drug screening.
