Job Title: Building Maintenance Mechanic

Salary:  $17.13 Hourly/ DOQ
Status:  Full-Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

Job Summary:
This position is typically responsible for the maintenance of county owned buildings and completing all maintenance needs as it pertains to facilities

Job Requirements:
Applicant must have ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculation at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school equivalent.  Applicant must have five (5) years of experience in building maintenance and remodeling. Must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).  Applicant must pass a background check and drug screening.
