ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN - FINANCE

PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION

Performs technical accounting work in support of the City's utility billing, accounts receivable functions, and assists with other general accounting functions. This position is also able to provide coverage in the absence of other accounting positions to provide specific backup duties as assigned.
