Main Street Director


Listing Summary

The City of Loganville is seeking a full-time Main Street Development Director. This position serves as a resource to the City Manager, City Council, other government agencies and the general public working on activities related to strategic planning and the development of the downtown Loganville area. The Director will partner with community organizations, state and local governments as well as entrepreneurs, small businesses, major corporations and economic development organizations to achieve this goal.

Miniumum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Economic Development, City and Regional Planning, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
  • Previous experience in fostering the development of a downtown.
  • Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Valid Georgia Driver’s License.
