Job Summary:

This position is responsible in overseeing the development of the girls Class Program and staff, training all class staff in the Habersham County Program, and overseeing advancement of all students within the program.

Major Duties:

• Oversees the development of the girl’s class program from Tumble Tot to Advance.
• Trains all class programs staff.
• Ensures class program staff offers safe and positive instruction to all participants.
• Ensures clad program staff keeps up with participants attendance.
• Obtains reports from staff of all participants ready to advance; and informs all parents and Registration Staff before next session registration starts.
• Organizes in house clinics for staff development.
• Addresses and handles all class program issues related to classes
• Teaches and attends classes as necessary for staff training or participant advancement.
• Keeps Gymnastics Director and Gymnastic Coordinator up to date on class program.
• Performs related duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with completion of specialized training in the field of work, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school education.
• Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate positions to be able to answer questions and resolve problems, usually associated with one to three years’ experience or service.
• Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.

The successful candidate must pass a Background/Reference Check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screenings prior to the start of employment.
