Listing Summary

This position performs technical duties in support of the operations of the Recycling Center. Operates a forklift, Bobcat, compactor, baling machine, and other vehicles and equipment. Assists the general public by receiving recyclable materials and providing general recycling information. Sorts recyclable materials into proper areas. Maintains, repairs, and operates recycling equipment. Empties and maintains recycling bins. Cleans and maintains pathways and roadways. Operates paper recycling truck to collect recyclables from schools and business. Operates scale house. Transports inmate laborers to and from jail. Performs related duties.
