Under the general direction of the Park Operations Manager, the employee will direct a limited number of unskilled, semi-skilled, and/or skilled manual workers in the construction, maintenance, and repair of the City’s buildings, streets, grounds, facilities and other physical work locations. This work is accomplished by utilizing extreme customer service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to protect employees and guests; and maintaining a secure work environment.  Positions allocated to this classification report to a designated supervisor and work under general supervision.
