This position is responsible for supervising and participating in the mechanical repair and maintenance of county vehicles and equipment. Supervises and oversees the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Assists in prioritizing vehicle and equipment repairs; monitors and assists in the work to shop staff. Diagnoses vehicle and equipment malfunctions and supervises or performs needed repairs. Researches and acquires needed parts and supplies. Performs field repairs as needed.
