Job Summary:

This position provides clerical and customer service assistance department operations.

Major Duties:

  • Registers guests for facility uses.
  • Answers telephone and greets visitors; provides information and assistance.
  • Processes sports registrations.
  • Resolves or directs guest concerns and complaints.
  • Updates coaches/registrants’ information.
  • Monitors restrooms for cleanliness and proper stocking of materials.
  • Assists during Sporting events.
  • Works concessions.
  • Opens and closes facility.
  • Performs basic custodial duties.
  • Prepares gymnasium for a variety of events.
  • Accepts and accounts for fees and other payments.
  • Prepares daily financial reports.
  • Performs related duties.

        Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent.
  • No experience required.

The successful candidate must complete a Background/Reference Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screening prior to the start of employment.
