Purpose of Job
The purpose of this position is to support the Central Services Department by conducting operational, financial, and organizational analyses; developing and monitoring performance management frameworks; and leading departmental initiatives to improve efficiency, service delivery, and resource management. The Management Analyst serves as the department’s primary point of contact and system administrator for key management platforms, including FASTER and CityWorks, ensuring data integrity, user support, and strategic use of technology to enhance operations. The incumbent prepares detailed reports, develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), supports annual work planning and budgeting, and collaborates with internal and external partners to support continuous improvement efforts.
Job Related Requirements
Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Opportunity for hybrid remote work.
May be required to work on religious holidays.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Must work cooperatively with others.
When requirements include vehicle operation, responsible for the safety, readiness and operation of the vehicle and must abide by ACCGov's safe driving policy.
Minimum Training & Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions:
Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration, Data Analytics, Accounting, Management, Geography (GIS), or a related discipline required, with three years of experience in management analysis, operational performance evaluation, geographic information systems, enterprise system administration, or related experience required; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilitiesfor this position.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Master's degree preferred.
