The position is responsible for the comprehensive management of all projects funded by the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST). This includes overseeing project planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting. The Capital Project Manager ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
· Certification as a Professional Engineer, Engineer in Training or Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
