INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

 

 LMIG RESURFACING SERVICES

The City of PINE LAKE (City) is seeking proposals from a qualified firm(s) to provide resurfacing/paving services related to the Local Maintenance Improvement Grant (LMIG) program administered by the city. 

GOAL

The City’s intent is to resurface/pave twelve (12) residential streets within the municipal city limits.  Companies with the necessary qualifications and staff resources to perform the required services may apply.  The selected company or companies will offer services to the City in accordance with the Scope of Services.

Questions shall be emailed to neddagenhard@pinelakega.net Attention: Pine Lake City LMIG SERVICES 2025.  Questions will be received by Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Responses will be made through an addendum posted on the City’s website. Respondents shall provide email addresses on facsimile and/or at time of package request and/or pick up.  Submittals will be opened for review on Thursday July 3, 2025 @ 2:00 pm. 

Submittals in the case of Corporations not chartered in Georgia, must be accompanied by proper certification stating that said Corporation is authorized to do business in the State of Georgia.

The Owner will award the Contract to the most responsive and qualified submittal, subject with the Owner's right to reject any or all submittals, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest
