Summary

The Lilburn Downtown Development Authority is soliciting the 'Lowest Responsive and Responsible bid' from qualified contractors to provide Land Development Services on a 2.61-Acre parcel lot in Downtown Lilburn at the corner of First And Main. Construction documents for the site work have been completed and the Land Disturbance Permit has been submitted with all required documentation. No delays are expected at this time. 

All work shall be performed in accordance with the Project Plans and notes therein, these Bid Documents and all other Specifications referenced by the Plans or Bid Documents. This contract will be awarded as a Retainage method of billing for payments.

This bid will be for the entire Land Development as outlined in the construction documents. This encompasses all necessary development work, including but not limited to: grading land, building infrastructure, installing utilities, constructing roads and parking areas, implementing erosion control measures, installing curbs, clearing land of vegetation and debris, paving surfaces, and establishing drainage systems. All work should comply with Local, State and Federal codes as applicable. The contractor shall obtain all necessary permits and licenses prior to commencing construction.

Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on July 02, 2025, at City Hall, Attn: Therese Brown, 2nd Floor - 340 Main Street, Lilburn, GA 30047. Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted. Bid will be publicly opened and read at 2:15 PM. 

An optional pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:00 PM on June 18, 2025, at Lilburn City Hall, 340 Main Street, Lilburn, GA 30047. Questions regarding this invitation to bid should be directed to Jenny Simpkins, City Manager, at JSimpkins@cityoflilburn.com, no later than 2:00PM on June 20, 2025.
