The City of Walnut Grove will receive sealed bids for the Walnut Grove City Hall Exterior Painting and
Repair, in Walnut Grove, Georgia 30052, until 11:00 am, July 9, 2025 at the Walnut Grove City Hall
located at 2581 Leone Ave, Walnut Grove, GA 30052. This work project consists of but is not limited to
painting the exterior of Walnut Grove City Hall, repair of siding, window trim, window pain, and window
ledge of Walnut Grove City Hall, repair of siding and doors on two storage building, and painting of two
storage buildings.
The proposals must be delivered by the deadline to Walnut Grove City Hall located at the address above.
The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:30AM, June 25, 2025 at the Walnut Grove City
Hall located at the above address. A site visit will be provided as part of the meeting. Any questions
regarding bids and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this proposal should be submitted, via email
and should be directed to Joe Morris, City Administrator, at jmorris@cityofwalnutgrove.com, no later
than July 2, 2025, at 3:00PM

The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against

beginning construction, the successful bidder will provide a complete Agreement package and a

the bidding.
Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the
opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the financial stability of the
bidders and their demonstrated ability to perform satisfactorily, prior to awarding the contract.
