SUMMARY:  This position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the Traffic Operations Division within the Department of Transportation including traffic operations administration, traffic planning, development review, traffic engineering, traffic control devices maintenance and oversight of traffic operations improvement and intelligent transportation systems project construction.  This position is responsible for oversite of outside consultants and contractor resources as required.  This position reports to the Director of the Department of Transportation.
