MARTA is seeking Proposals from Firms to provide a cloud-based drug and alcohol compliance software to be used in managing MARTA’s drug and alcohol compliance program that meets the Federal Transit Administration (FTA)
requirements. The cloud-based drug and alcohol compliance software a minimum must provide for tracking pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol compliance testing. This software will run various statistical reports on testing data, perform annual Management Information System (“MIS”) reporting to the Federal Transit Administration (“FTA”) and meet
random selection compliance criteria with automated distribution. In addition, this software will support automated electronic notification to and from service agents such as labs and medical review officers, store essential supervisory and
employee drug and alcohol compliance training data, and identify efficiencies in MARTA’s drug and alcohol compliance programs existing business practices (e.g., document management and access to web portals. MARTA’s Department of
Human Resources will administer the contract (if awarded) pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in that certain form of Drug & Alcohol Compliance Software Services.
