The Henry County Board of Commissioners is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to operate and manage a concession, smoothie and/or coffee bar within the North Mt. Carmel Recreation Center. The selected operator will be responsible for providing high-quality, consistent food and beverage service in a safe, clean and customer-focused environment. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on October 8, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. Proposals submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County’s eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.
Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
