Instructions for preparation and submission of a proposal are contained in the package on the website. Proposals will be received at the City of Fairburn Administration Building, located at 314 NW Broad Street, Fairburn, Georgia 30213, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

The last day that questions can be submitted is October 17th, 2025, at 5pm. All questions MUST be in writing (e-mail), no questions will be answered verbally.
