The elected leadership seeks an individual with at least 5 years of progressive experience in city management preferred.  Applicant should provide evidence of leadership in managing change and crafting community initiatives.  Candidate should possess a strong ethical compass, an abilty to communicate vision as well as strategic goals and a capacity to navigate a political environment with direct experience in working with elected officials.  Core skills include financial expertise, including experience with the budgeting process, forecasting; communication skills (oral and written); excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.  Economic development experience is a plus.  Candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree or 5 years + experience in municipal government.  

Starting salary range for the position is $41,600 to $47,000.  Benefits available: Employer paid life, health, dental and vision insurance, retirement, paid annual leave and paid holidays.
