The Town of Gay is requesting sealed bids for grading and gravel ((Recycled #34) on Tom Mann Road in the Town of Gay.
The area to be repaired is approximately 550 feet (.1 mile) and extends from the railroad tracks to Mt Carmel Road.
Interested parties may visit the site or call City Hall at (706)538-6097 for more information. City Hall is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. except holidays. Please note, November 28, 2025 is a holiday and the office will be closed.
Sealed bids may be delivered to City Hall, 19125 Highway 85 in Gay, or mailed to City Hall at P. O. Box 257, Gay, GA 30218 and must be received by 4:00p.m. on Friday, December 5, 2025. Please note office hours of operation above.
Selection of bid will be done at the Council Meeting on December 8, 2025 and all bidders will be notified in writing by Wednesday, December 10, 2025 whether they have been selected or not.
