Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division, 222 Pine Avenue, Suite
260, Albany, Georgia 31701, until 2:30 p.m. on December 11, 2025, for all work required to
install sidewalk pavers purchased by the City of Albany, GA. The bid shall include all labor, base,
subgrade, site preparation and cleanup in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other
contract documents contained herein. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the above stated
time and place. The scope of work is contained in the linked bid documents.
This project will be bid on a lump sum basis for all specified work and will be awarded to the responsive
and responsible bidder submitting the lowest total base bid. For bids exceeding $250,000, a 5% Bid
Bond is required and must be included with the submission for the bid to be read or considered. If the
bid amount exceeds $250,000 the successful bidder will then be required to provide 100% Performance
and Payment bonds.
The City of Albany strongly encourages Small Business firms to participate in this bid. The City of Albany
reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bid

Procurement Registry.
