REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES
The City of Toccoa, Georgia, is requesting sealed proposals from qualified attorneys or law firm to provide professional legal services as City Attorney.
The City Attorney will serve as general legal counsel to the City of Toccoa and provide legal services in areas including, but not limited to, municipal governance, land use and zoning, personnel and employment, law enforcement, code enforcement, contracts, and related municipal matters.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "City of Toccoa - City Attorney RFP 2026" and delivered to:

Proposals must be received no later than 10:00 am, February 27, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

The City of Toccoa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to negotiate terms in the best interest of the City.
