Beach House Renovations
The City of Pine Lake is seeking comprehensive contractor services to perform any and/or all of the following: millwork, flooring, painting, woodwork, general plumbing, general carpentry, and masonry work.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The company, including principals, project managers, and key personnel, shall have relevant experience with similar work and shall be competent in performing the services required under this Request for Proposal (RFP).
The work contemplated is professional in nature. It is understood that the company, acting as an individual, corporation, or other legal entity, is of professional status, has a commercial licensed, as appropriate, to perform in the State of Georgia, and shall be governed by the professional ethics of said professions in its relationship to the City. Additionally, the selected contractor must have a verified internet presence.
The successful company(s) will provide warrantied services for the city as outlined in the Scope of Services.

Questions shall be emailed to neddagenhard@pinelakega.net Attention: Pine Lake City Beach House Bid.
Questions will be received up to Tuesday February 24, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Responses will be made through an addendum. Respondents shall provide email addresses on facsimile and/or at time of package request and/or pick up. Submittals will be opened for review on Thursday March 5, 2026 @ 2:00 pm.
Submittals in the case of Corporations not chartered in Georgia, must be accompanied by proper certification stating that said Corporation is authorized to do business in the State of Georgia.
The Owner will award the Contract to the most responsive and qualified submittal, subject with the Owner's right to reject any or all submittals, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest
