PRN Paramedics and AEMTs

The Greene County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for PRN Paramedic and AEMT positions.  

Schedule

This position works a rotation style schedule consisting of 24-hours on duty followed by 48-hours off duty, including weekends and holidays. PRN staff are required to submit at least 24 hours a month of availability. 

Requirements

• Must be currently licensed by the Georgia Department of Human Resources for either of the above positions; 
• Must have CPR and ACLS certification; 
• and complete annual educational requirements as prescribed by Georgia laws/regulations and department policies and procedures.  
• Prior experience preferred.  
• We do NOT hire the following certifications. 
  • EMT-B
  • EMT-R

Competitive Wages

• AEMT - $22.52/hour
• Paramedic - $23.63/hour
