Henry County Board of Commissioners is soliciting Qualifications from experienced swim team organizations to provide full-service age group competitive swimming at the Henry County Aquatic Center. Qualifications will be evaluated with the intention of selecting the most qualified and responsible organization.
Henry County in making the award will consider the competency and responsibility of submitters. Henry County reserves the right to reject all Qualifications, to waive any informalities, to reject portions of the Qualifications, to waive technicalities and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the interest of the Henry County and the laws of the State of Georgia. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and Conditions of this RFQ
