The E911 Communications Officer (CTO) is responsible for receiving and dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls for police, fire, and medical services. The officer will operate and maintain communication systems, ensure accurate and timely information flow, and provide support to first responders. This role requires strong decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
