The Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission is interested in contracting with a qualified consultant to augment staff in administering and performing technical work elements of HAMPO’s UPWP for Fiscal Year 2027 with up to two optional one-year extensions. The preferred qualifications of the consultant, in order of priority are previous experience working with MPO’s in Georgia, previous experience preparing reports required by FHWA and GDOT from MPO’s, and qualifications of the project team.
