Sealed bids will be recived by the City of Lake City, Georgia from prospective contractors for the Lake City Municipal Center Park Improvements Project. The City of Lake City is soliciting bids from prospective contractors to perform electrical improvements. Work consists of furnishing all materials, laboe, tools, equipment, and services for electrial contracting for installation of pedestrian poles, lights, receotacles, repair existing electrical panels, installation of new electrial subpanels and other related electrical improvements.
Contractors selected must have a current Electrical License from the State of Georgia.
The project is funded fully or partially with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds.
Copies of the plans and bid documents ($50.00 fee paid to City of Lake City) can be picked up at Lake City - City Hall at 5455 Jonesboro Rd. Lake City GA. 30260. Plans and bid documents will be available beginning on June 10, 2026. All contractors that choose to bid must register no later than 5:00 PM on July 13, 2026 by emailing Susan Crutchfield at susan@whitleyeng.com.
Sealed bid will be recived at City Hall untill 2:00 PM on July 17, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. only bids with certification from the bidder that the bid isumitted is based upon the current and complete Contract Douments will be accepted.
